AS 1076 F                                                                    The Piergatti suspension is an after market suspension designed to widen the front end base by 2 inches. The addition of the rider and the placement of batteries in under the seat create a top heavy sled. Under normal conditions the addition of the weight would cause the sled to roll upon fast turns.  The longer struts and the vertical shock angle help create more suspension and a firmer wider base.

Included in the kit are 2 longer steering rods, 4 longer struts, 2 stabilizer spacers (2) 1 1/4 screws for the spacers and (2) 1 inch screws for the shocks and 2 lock nuts.

For proper balance place the strut with the mounting holes on the bottom, use the outside hole for mounting. If an extremely tall front end is required , you may place the mounting strut on top, this will require some machining to clear the steering shafts.

Assemble as shown here, the strut block and shocks are not included.

When mounting the spacer between the stabilizer and the pan, you must include a washer between the stabilizer and the spacer.
