Once you have assembled the base kit, bolt the transmission on with 2 supplied bolts and nuts.

Insert shaft to bearing as shown, attach pulley with set screw on flat of the shaft, do not install spur bearing until this is done.

Install spur bearing and attach spur with set screw supplied.

Adjust transmission so that the drive belt is aligned between pulley and main drive pulley. There should be some play in the belt.

Attach motor, pinion should align with spur gear.

Place speed control in this area, attach to frame with 2 way tape, Connect to motor and receiver.

Machine a path in the receiver box for wires, install recever box, holes for antenna wire must be drilled throu frame prior to installing receiver.

Drill a 1/16 hole through frame and box for antenna wire, attach antenne bracket, ( not supplied with kit) mount bracket and antenna.

Attach to battery brackets for your 7pack NMH, per view.
