Connect your pressurizing line.

Connect fueling line to carburetor

Receiver and Servo Assembly.

Add rubber absorbers to holes in your servos, this would also be a good time to spray silicon anywhere water may get in.

Screw your servos in place and run lines under the servo on the right, toward moisture box.

Drill 2 .100 holes on each side of the opening on the top of the moisture box, you will need to measure the screw location on top of your switch, you will mount the switch top plate on the cover.

Plug lines to receiver, the switch should go to the battery connection and the servos on station 1 and 2, you may need to switch these later.

We will now mount the antenna bracket, these may be purchased from us or any hobby store, drill a .100 hole in this position all the way through the moisture box.

This is our bracket you would be mounting.

Measure the 2 holes and drill 1/2 inch above the first hole you made.

Take your antenna , insert through hole in moisture box, through the side wall on the bottom hole.

Place receiver in moisture box as shown.

Screw in cap with (2) .256 screws. The switch and the servo wires should fit in the slot shown.

Mount your antenna. with 2 3/8 x 4/40 self tapping screws.

Connect the switch to the battery box and mount as shown with Velcro, add batteries.

Add ball cups to the throttle  red and insert in the carburetor ball.

Turn your radio and receiver on , you will hear the servos return to neutral, this is the position you want to be in when you connect the throttle rod and the steering rod.

Before inserting the cup in the servo you must open up the hole you will use with a .100 bit. Before mounting push the carburator slide to closed position, there should be an opening gap of about 1/16 “.

Once you have detirmined which hole you will be using, open up with a .100 bit, this will save the servo from breaking when you screw in the ball nut.

Align the seat with the step in the rear of the sled.

Assembly of stock sled is complete.

Using a .100 drill bit, drill a hole at the top of the radius marked on the seat, and screw in a 1/4 black phillips screw. Do the same to all 4 positions.

Mount the handle bars by screwing into the 2 holes that align.

Drill a.100 hole on each side of the existing screw.

Attach with 2 more black 1/4 screws, add handles.

Drilling Hood mounting holes.

Flip over again and enlarge to 1/4 diameter by drilling these from underneath.

They should look like this.

Mount the windshield with 2 no. 4 self tatting screws by 3/8 long.

Place the hood in place, since we raised the muffler we will need to clear the hood with a debuuring bit in your dremmel.

Like this.
