The engine mounting holes should be nearest to the muffler. Keep blocks loose.

Gather clutch assembly.

Insert split washer from the kit, not the one supplied with the engine.

Add flywheel.

Tighten clutch nut.

Machine a groove all around the shoe, this will seat the spring and the shoe will last longer. Use 1 spring.

Split shoe before assembly.

Seat inside bearing, use plastic to tap in, the bearing should be below the step.

Add brass bushing.

Tap in the outside bearing.

Slip over clutch.

Add large washer, the motor shaft should stick out at least 5 thousands.

Use 3 mm black socket head screw, with a small washer to keep in place, the clutch bell should move freely from the fly wheel.

Insert small drive belt.

Use 4/40 x 3/8 phillips screws to tighten engine.

Tighten the motor mounts.

Twist the head of the engine as you are tightening it, to stretch out the small belt.

Insert 2 O-rings in exhaust.

Insert Header.

Lock in header with spring and washer.

Mount your gas tank under the muffler

We will be using the battery brackets to keep the tank down and away from the muffler

Build the gas tank per instructions supplied. and place in the sled, keep in place by pressing a battery bracket as shown and spot drill with a .100 drill , until you reach the bracket, do not break through.

Place the second bracket next to the vertical rib and drill in the same manner.

Remove the gas tank and replace the bracket and drill through.

Do the same on the other bracket.

Remove brackets and replace gas tank.

Replace brackets.Use 1/4 inch black phillips screws to keep in place.

Using a .100 drill bit drill a hole just above the bracket on the frame.

Screw in a 1/4 phillips to keep the bracket down.

This is what it should look like.

Add mufler.

Mark where you want to mount the holding bracket for your mufler and drill a hole with a .100 drill bit.

Insert .256 rod and tighten on both sides with .256 nuts.

Bend rod to lign up to hole on mufler, and tighten the set screw.
