Follow the blue instruction sheet. Insert the black rotating ball in top.

Insert the black socket head screw through the pan and shock, attach black plastic nut.
|
|
|

|
|
|
Attach the lower portion of the shock to the stabilize, Add a spacer on each side as shown.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Using a 3/16 drill bit, remove a step inside the servo shaft hole, go from the back as to not enlarge the hole. Use plastic safe glue to repair the hole if required.
|

|

|
|
|
Press in the servo shaft.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Locate the 6/32 by 3/8 screw with a washer.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Screw the shaft in place, you will need pliers to hold the shaft, do not damage shaft.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Cut off approximately 3/32 off the bottom of the tubular servo saver.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Check to make sure you have removed enough to see the steel step shown here.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Using a .100 drill bit, open up the ball nuts holes.
|
|
|
 |

|
 |
|
 |
|
|
|
Lock the levers in place.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Adjust steering rods length and attach to levers, ski should point slightly inward.
|
|
|
Engine Mounting.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
The ball at the end of the carburator should be facing frontwards as seen here. This may require for the carburator to be pulled out and turned 180 degrees. You must unscrew the nut on the side of the carburator and pull out the adjustment screw prior to pulling the carburator. there are 2 O’rings on the carburato which may shear if you don’t remove the screw on the side of the carburator.

The ball should be at the 10 o’clock position.

|
Gather engine mounting components, the screws are 10/32 x 3/4.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Using a Dremel clear the pan for the washers.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Insert screw with washer from the back.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Pull through and add a phnellic spacer between the frame and the motor mounts. Keep Loose.
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Attach all 4 screws. END OF PAGE 2
